Tasting Notes Silvery, crystal clear glow from this sake, with aromas of damp slate, apricot skins and white flowers. It tastes fresh and spring-like, with loads of honeysuckle and other white flowers, and some white peach. Well-balanced with a slight bitter almond finish.
